Co., PA. ******************************************** Altoona Mirror, 1891 [Blair Co., PA. newspaper] Come to Time, Gentleman There is a just complaint on part of the Secretary of the Board of Health that the physicians of the city, or rather some of them, are derelict in the duty of making returns of births, deaths, etc., thus hindering the work of the Board and detaining the work of making up the yearly report. Some of the ministers are also slow about making returns of marriages performed by them, and others give just what information they have to, and that with bad grace. This state of affairs should not exist.
