Hello Curt & fellow listers, Curt, I just checked out the NEW Military Link, American Revolution, 1776-1784. There are some names listed for men joining Capt. Michael Doudel and Lt. Henry Miller. I have a few to add. These names are referenced from the 1844 testimony of the Revolutionary War pension file of John Platt of York/Adams Co. John was speaking of his service in the Revolution (from his memory) - so I understand if you do not want to add them to the list. John Platt says: " That company went alone from Littlestown Pa to near Boston where it was attached to a regiment under Col. Thompson. He recollects as members of said company: Isaac Sweeny *** Patrick Sullivan *** Samuel Reed Wm Rup---, John Ferguson Joseph McQuiston John Dunwoodie, (Dinwoodie) (too faint to read) Crawford Conrad Crunsbaugh, Joseph Platt, a brother, long since dead (in 1844) John Jones Joshua Meuscher John Meuscher" Please include John Platt on the list too. *** already on the list at our website In addition, a booklet titled "York County in the American Revolution" by John W. Heisey published by the Historical Society of York County adds a few more names. The Copyright for this book is 1971 and at that time, John W Heisey was Director of Research, the Historical Society of York County. Here are the names from the York Co HS booklet that are not on the list at our Adams Co site: John Clark Robert Graft on list as Groft John Griffith Joseph Halbut on list as Holbut Daniel Lelap on list as Lelop (Delop) Abraham Lewis on list as Alrom Lewis John McAlister on list as James McCalister Joshua Minsall William Russell Andrew Start on list as Stort (Stewart) Regards, Jane researching Platt in York/Adams Co 1747-1801
