When Elizabeth (HARBAUGH) CULP, widow of John, wrote her will in 1837 in Gettysburg Borough, Adams County, she named Thomas J COOPER, Merchant, as guardian of her two children, Jeremiah and Barbara CULP. Can anyone tell me anything at all about Thomas J COOPER? I'll appreciate any help. Helen
