Hi, Nancy: On the 1st page of the site, on the left side, there is a button marked "select a department". Click on that, go to "Archives". On the Archives page, click on "Go to the Website" (tap directly on the word "website"). Then click the box marked "Information Available Through Archives." Good luck!
