Nancy, In 1870 York Co. I find the following WITZELS: Rinchart, Mary, Sarah and Cathrine (she was either living alone or residing in the house of Henry Schriner). Rinchart and Mary were married and were both born in Germany. In 1860 I find Nancy, David and Rebecca. There's a Mary A. Witzel (age 30) in Northumberland County. If you look for the name Witzel in the index there were quite a few with that name. So it would seem that you have the correct spelling. Let me know if you would like further information.
