    3. Darlene, If you are looking to donate the photograph, the York County Historical Society should take it. They would also be able to help you with the history of the band. http://www.yorkheritage.org/ Jon Rhan -----Original Message----- From: Darlene De Luco [mailto:tichi@pacbell.net] Sent: Tuesday, March 01, 2005 11:21 AM To: PA-YORK-GEN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [PAYorkGEN] acme coronet band of Emigsville-1906 I have in my possession a photo showing two of my great uncles in the Acme Coronet Band, Emigsville, PA. On the drum is says it was established September 6, 1906. My family moved to the East Manchester Township circa 1905. The family surname is Tichi and they lived in the area until 1910 when they moved to Minnesota. The photo shows 23 young men holding various brass instruments. I would like to donate a copy to some organization, would some kind person direct me to one? Does anybody know the history of this band? Where could I write to find it? Also in my possession is a photo of the family taken in front of a stone house, I am assuming it was taken on the porch of their home in Pennsylvania. How could I go about finding out the names of the present owners and possibly getting a photo of the home as it is now? I have the land description? Do I need tax records? Thanks for any suggestions and help you can give me.
