I am descended from Samuel BRILLHART who married Magdalena DANNER. I found in the book, Brillharts of America, that he was the son of Samuel Brillhart and Esther Smidt. Then in another book, A Light in the Valley, it says Samuel Brillhart was the son of your Peter Brillhart. I am confused. Who is the real father of Samuel, b 1757, d. 1815? Does anyone know or can you tell me where I can find out? Thanks, Sue
