Holly Thank you for the input, I checked that possibly out when I was in York County last year Its the same Frederick J Koerner from Saxon Altenberg Is it true or not true that a person had to be in The States three to five years to apply, what year did that change or didn't it. I was thinking that on Nov 4 1860 he didn't have enough time That being said how often did the courts do the intensions to be a citizen ? Once a month, every 6 months, once a year?
