I checked several books and can find no reference to Daniel Ruppert, all I know is there was quite a tendency in the 1700's and early 1800's for people to name children for friends and other family members and also to name children for deceased siblings which makes for interesting work to try to trace these people 200 years later.
Tnx for looking. I think that my two Daniels being born a year apart and our Daniel being the s/o Adam and the other the s/o his father and his second wife that the dates got mixed up. Per Genealogical Rpt. dated 1939 vol xx1 pp 42-65 . They show a marriage Oct 21 1834 in the York Republican dtd Oct 22 1834 is there more to this rpt? Like who were the parents ect? Tnx for ur help.
