I have a different Samuel Burns who was born 12 Mar 1770 in Westmoreland County, PA, of Scots-Ir9ish parents. He had brothers James, John and William. He was married in 1792 to Jane Liggett, daughter of my Patrick Liggett and Jane Yost. Jane Yost was born in Yorik County, PA. I know little else that might help you.
