John, History of York County, 1886, Gibson, Page 731: Lower Windsor Township. Lutheran and Reformed Church. "The Sunday-school of this church was organized in 1840, in a schoolhouse, about three-quarters of a mile west from the church....In 1857, it was removed to the church, where it has since been continued as a union school. After its removal to the church, John HELLERMAN was its first superintendent..." Page 24 in the bio-sketches. John Heller is given, with a father as a Reformed minister, however the dates do not work with yours. There are no other HELLERMANs listed.
