    3. Gail, Thanks for the reply. I got the deeds by mail from the county Archives. My guess is that they were made from a microfilm copy, not the original. Microfilm of the deed records are also available through the FHL in Salt Lake City, although the county Archives is very responsive even if a bit more expensive.
