In response to Rick and Melony Graham's inquiry re: the descendants of Johan Jacob Parr. The orphan court data you include refers to the sons of the above. Johan Adam (Johannes) and Jacob were sons. As you note, Johan Adam married Elisabeth Scherman, while Jacob, Jn, married Maria Johanna (Hannah) Dill (Diehl). Johan Adam died c. 1794 and left minor children as noted in the court records. Evidently, Johan Adam Pfarr (Parr) arrived from Germany with wife, father-in-law Hans Martin Bohler, friend Nichlaus Freitag and Ludwig Miller (Muller), later a neighbor of Johan Jacob in 1749 near Littlestown (later Adams Co.). These names appear in "Pennsylvania German Pioneers," by Strassburger (vol. I, pp. 221-224.). Also, York Co. tax records for 1778 show a Jacob and Jacob, Jn. plus John Parr.Thus the father and two sons. As far as the Bughs, I have the standard International Genealogical Index data showing Sarah Jane, her spouse and childrens' names. If you have more on this line, I would be very interested.
