    3. A few months ago I asked for help in locating a Joseph Sterner (b. abt 1823 in PA). Since that time, I have found my Joseph Sterner. He was baptised at St. David's (Sherman's) Ref. & Luth. Ch. in W. Manheim Twp., York Co., PA. Below is the information that I have found. Could anyone tell me anything more about my Joseph's parents: John & Rachel Sterner. Joseph L. Sterner (b. 5 Sept. 1822 York Co., PA) Parents: John STERNER (b. ?; d. bet 1846/1847 L. Dickinson Twp., Cumberland Co., PA) sp. Rachel (b. abt 1794 MD; d. aft 1860) I have found a John STERNER (b. 18 Jul 1799) and baptized in St. David's church, but do not know if it is the same John. Also, I would like to determine Rachel's maiden name. John's ancestry may have been back into Maryland? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Don Lerew [email protected]

    3. Dear Sir: My great grandmother was Sarah Lerew, born February 2, 1824. She married my great grandfather, Jacob Zinn on April 15, 1842. The 1850 census places them in York County, Franklin twp. Jacob was born in York County. We have no information on her family. Any help would be appreciated!
