LINDERLOFF, FEDICS, BLACK, PRICE, GEIGER Mrs. Josephine LINDERLOFF, an aged cripple, who lived alone near Bradford, was found dead by neighbors. Mrs. Julia FEDICS, 20 years old, was probably fatally burned when her clothing caught fire from an open grate at her home in Aliquippa. Frank BLACK, aged 12, son of John BLACK, a carpenter, was drowned in the Conemaugh river at Blairsville while skating. The body was recovered an hour later. D. F. PRICE, aged 55, of Meyersdale, employed by the Garrett Smokeless Coal Company, was run down by a car and died upon reaching the operating room of the hospital. Private Charles GEIGER, reported in the list of American casualties on the Cambrai sector of the French fighting front, is an Oil City resident, and a member of the Oil City Lodge of Elks.
