ALLEN, QUINET Maynard Robert ALLEN, son of Moses R. and Mrs. Ellen M. ALLEN, died at his home in Washington Thursday afternoon after a lingering illness aged 28 years. He was a great-great grandson of the late Rev. John MCMILLAN, the eminent Presbyterian divine, who founded Presbyterianism west of the Allegheny mountains. The funeral service will be held at the ALLEN home at 3 o'clock, Rev. William E. SLEMMONS, D. D. officiating. The interment will be made in the Washington cemetery. The deceased was a cousin of W. S. LOCKHART of this place. Mrs. Amelia, wife of Eugene QUINET, aged 44 years, died Monday morning and was buried Tuesday afternoon at Arlington. Deceased leaves a husband and eleven children.
