RYAN, GALBRAITH, STIFFLER, BEATLEY Died suddenly, Sept. 19, Mrs. RYAN, aged 59 years. *Sturgeon column The death of Postmaster GALBRAITH of Canonsburg occurred Tuesday after several months' illness. W. K. GALBRAITH was filling his fourth appointment as postmaster at Canonsburg and was widely esteemed as an upright and useful citizen. Lillian M. STIFFLER, aged 32 years, wife of George STIFFLER, died at her home on Fanny street Monday evening Sept. 24. She is survived by her husband and five children, three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were conducted by Rev IRONS Wednesday afternoon, interment at Midway. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. WILSON attended the funeral of the former's sister, Mrs. George STIFFLER, of McDonald, on Wednesday. *Midway column S. BEATLEY, a freight brakeman, aged 30 years, whose home is in McKees Rocks, was struck by a passenger train on the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie road near Colona station and instantly killed. *Keystone state column Nicholas WIESON, aged 14 years, was killed at the Wheatland plant of the Shenango Iron & Steel company, by being crushed between the squeezers. *Keystone state column
