PEARL BAKER Mrs. Pearl Roberts Baker of Rector died Monday in McGinnis Hospital at the age of 82. Yesterday she was buried in Ligonier Valley Cemetery following obsequies in the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Rector, of which she was a member. Rev. H. Donald Lash conducted the services and D. Paul Wilkinson handled funeral arrangements. Mrs. Baker was born Oct. 25, 1882, in Pittsburgh, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Shannon Baker [Roberts - ed.]; she had lived most her life in the Ligonier Valley, except for a 10-year period in Jeannette. She was a member of Rector Garden Club. The widow of Frank Baker who died in 1940, she is survived by two sons (Harry S. of Rector and Edgar of Wilmerding), three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. _________________________________________________
