Weimer. Mrs. Katie (McKlveen) Weimer, 63, of Ligonier township, died at 10:30 o'clock Saturday night, April 28, at the Latrobe Hospital where she was admitted Tuesday of last week for medical treatment. She had resided in Ligonier Valley her entire life. Mrs. Weimer was a daughter of the late John and Sarah (Geeting) McKlveen and was born in Ligonier township March 10, 1882. Her husband, the late Clark Weimer, died August 2, 1934. Surviving are nine children: Mrs. Samuel Chappel and Mrs. Harry Johnston, Derry; Mrs. Emory Burns, Mrs. John Rummell, Paul and Harry Weimer, Ligonier Twp.; Mrs. Harry Claycomb and Mrs. Arthur Baum, Ligonier, and Mrs. James Chappel, Latrobe. Mrs. Weimer also leaves 31 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and these five brothers and sisters: Clarence and Alex. McKlveen, Ligonier Twp.; Harry McKlveen, Ligonier; Mrs. Harry Perkey, Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. John Miller, Ligonier Twp. Friends were received at the Sibel Funeral Home until Tuesday when the body was removed to the United Presbyterian Church where funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. J.C. Stormont, assisted by Rev. A.L. Kenyon of Pitcairn. Burial was made in the Ligonier Valley cemetery. __________________________________________________
