Burns Hiram J. Burns, 64, East 1st Avenue, Derry, died Thursday at his home. He was born in Ligonier Township a son of the late Oliver and Margaret McDowell Burns. Surviving is his widow Emma Wagner Burns, a son, William of Derry and six grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. Pearl Ulery and a brother Denny, both of Stahlstown also survive.
