Serena. John C. Serena, 74 years old, died at his home in Ligonier township Tuesday morning, following an illness of several years. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edward Blair, of Ligonier, a son, Isaac, of Ligonier township, and two sisters, Miss Emma Serena, of Ligonier, and Mrs. Edward Gunter of Latrobe. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Roy E. Sibel Funeral Home, Ligonier, in charge of Rev. R.A. Nelson, pastor of the Ligonier Evangelical church. Interment was made in the Ligonier Valley cemetery. ____________________________________________
