The Daily Courier Monday, August 26, 1940 MRS ANNA COOPER Mrs Anna Elizabeth COOPER, 87 years old, widow of Jacob COOPER, died at 4 oclock Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs William HAZEN, 922 Morrell avenue, with whom she had made her home for the last year. She had been failing in health for some time past and death was due to infirmities of age. Born June, 1853, in Franklin township, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Eleanor DUNN, who were pioneer residents of that township. Until coming to Connellsville, Mrs COOPER had spent her entire life in Franklin township and was a lifelong member of the Flatwoods Baptist Church. Her husband died 34 years ago. Eight children survive. They are: Robert S COOPER, Mrs William HAZEN and Freeman COOPER, all of Connellsville; Mrs JT ALLEN, Mrs Leroy GILLELAND and Mrs James GILLELAND of Smock, William C COOPER of Indianapolis, Ind, and Mrs Charles MAXWELL of Washington, Pa. Also surviving are two brothers, Dr Major DUNN of Chautauqua, NY, and Harry DUNN of Longvue,! Wash, 27 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 1 30 oclock Tuesday afternoon at the HAZEN home followed by another service at 2 oclock at the Flatwoods Baptist Church. The pastor, Rev HP WISE, will officiate. Burial will be in the Flatwoods Cemetery. Funeral Director Ira BLAIR of Perryopolis will have charge. RAYMOND B MORRISON After an extended illness, Raymond B MORRISON, 45 years old, of Uniontown, died suddenly Sunday morning. He had been a patient at the Veterans Hospital, Aspinwall, for eight months. Besides his wife, Minnie MORRISON, he is survived by a daughter, Hulda Virginia, one brother, Glenn and his mother, Mrs Minnie MORRISON of Scottdale. He is a member of the Junior Order American Mechanics, Odd Fellows International Brotherhood of Foundry Employees and the Church of the Brethren. Funeral service will be held at 3 oclock Tuesday afternoon at the home with Rev CT SOLLENBERGER officiating. Burial will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery. MRS JANE CAMOSE Scottdale, Aug 26---Mrs Jane CAMOSE, 76 years old, wife of Jacob G CAMOSE, lifelong resident of Owensdale, died at 11 oclock Sunday morning at her home after an illness of 10 weeks. Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters and two sons: Olive HAIDLE of Greenock, Pa; Mrs Abe RUTH, Mrs Michael BURKE, Alvy and William CAMOSE, all of Owensdale. She also leaves 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, and one brother: Mrs Anna BURKHART and Mrs Sarah MOREY, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Robert RUSSELL of Lockwood, Pa. The funeral service will be at the home at 2 30 oclock Tuesday afternoon in charge of Rev WV BARNHART, pastor of Owensdale United Brethren Church. Burial will be made in Scottdale Cemetery. ANDREW POLLAK Andrew POLLAK, 61 years old, died Saturday at his home at Revere after a lingering illness. JOHN T KELLY John T KELLY, 60 years old, died suddenly at 8 45 oclock Saturday night while sitting on the porch of his home in Brown road, Dunbar. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Surviving are the following children: Mrs Maud BEALE, Mrs Anna HANNAH, James and Beatrice KELLY, all of Dunbar, and Laura and Julia, at home. He also leaves four grandchildren and one brother, Clarence KELLY of Mount Braddock. The funeral service will be held at 2 30 oclock Wednesday afternoon at the Franklin Memorial Church with Rev WS HAMILTON officiating. Burial will be made in Mount Auburn Cemetery in charge of Funeral Director J T BURHANS of Dunbar. JOHN MCCLELLAN John MCCLELLAN, 56 years old, died at 8 40 oclock Saturday morning at his home at Youngwood. An employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad the past 38 years and a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Mr MCCLELLAN is survived by his widow, Mrs Loretta C MCCLELLAN, and five children, including Glenn MCCELLAN of Mount Pleasant. He also leaves one brother and one sister. The funeral service will be held at 2 oclock Tuesday afternoon at the home. Rev George GUEST, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Greensburg, will officiate. Burial will be made in the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
