    3. KELLY, KELSO, POTTLE, SLIFENSKI Mrs. Mary KELLY, wife of John KELLY, died at 1 o'clock Wednesday morning, September 13, at her home in Cecil. Death was the result of a long illness due to paralysis. She was 68 years of age. Besides the husband, one son and five daughters survive. The funeral services were held Wednesday morning at nine o'clock at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church at Cecil. Interment in the Noblestown cemetery. William Hall KELSO aged 68 years, died at his home in Englewood, Calif., August 16, 1915. He is survived by his wife and two married daughters. The deceased was reared on the home farm near Venice. Mrs. William POTTLE received word on Wednesday, September 8th, of the death of her son, Charles POTTLE, aged 23, of Detroit, Mich., who died suddenly. Mrs. POTTLE, son William and daughters Clara and Rose left Thursday morning of last week to attend the funeral, which took place last Saturday afternoon. The young man leaves a wife and two small children. While pulling ribs in the Champion mine of the Pittsburgh Coal company Tuesday Ignace SLIFENSKI, aged about 19 years was caught by a fall of slate and instantly killed. The accident happened about 1 o'clock and it was several hours before the body was recovered. The boy lived with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bartholomew SLIFENSKI, who survive. The funeral services were held Thursday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Alphonsus' Roman Catholic church. Interment in the Noblestown cemetery.
