LANG, MOORE Mrs. Lottie LANG, widow of the late Peter LANG, who for more than thirty years was a resident of Oakdale, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John MCKALE at Dennison, Ohio, on Monday morning, May 10th after an illness of many months. The remains were brought here on Wednesday afternoon, May 12th and interment was made in the St. Patrick Cemetery at Noblestown, beside her husband. For many years, Mr. and Mrs. LANG had a store and restaurant where the METZ store is now. Mrs. LANG was a kind and gentle woman, and a devoted mother, always striving to do what was right. She was born in Germany, but had been in this country for fifty years. Besides a large circle of friends she leaves to mourn her loss two daughters, Mrs. John MCKALE, of Dennison, Ohio and Mrs. Scott MOORE, of Ingram, also two sons Joe and Lewis LANG, both of Dennison, Ohio. Mrs. Mary MOSS MOORE died in her home at Adair Iowa May 5th, 1920, after an illness of bronchial trouble and pneumonia. Mrs. MOORE has been unable to leave her home since New Year's Day. Eighty five years ago she was born in South Fayette Township and about twenty-five years ago went to make her home in the west. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth MORROW and Mrs. Margaret MOSS, of Oakdale, Mrs. Kate MORROW, of Bridgeville, Pa. and Mrs. Helen HERRIOTT, of Stewart, Iowa.
