JOHNSTON, CHAZEL, STODDARD Mrs. Georgia T. JOHNSTON only sister of Mr. B D. TILLINGHAST, died at her home in Los Angeles, California on Monday June 28. Mrs. JOHNSTON was 68 years of age. Mr. and Mrs. TILLINGHAST left on Monday evening for California to attend the funeral. Interment will be made at Los Angeles. Harry CHAZEL died at his home in North McDonald street, Friday morning, June 25, after eleven weeks' illness of heart trouble. He was born Nov. 21, 1895, and was therefore 25 years of age. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the St. Alphonsus church. Interment took place at Noblestown. He is survived by his mother and father; 5 sisters, Mrs. Arthur WALKER of Millvale, Mrs. Ben REMARK, of Oakdale, Mrs. Eli CHARLIER, of McDonald, Isabelle and Rose at home. Also one brother, Emmett, at home. Maj. J. W. NESBIT and Mr. W. S. ROBB attended the funeral service of a comrade of the day of '61 to '65, Mr. R. J. STODDARD, of Coraopolis, Saturday afternoon. Mr. STODDARD was a member of Co. D., 149 Pennsylvania Volunteers, and was present at the reunion of the company last August in the home of Maj. and Mrs. J. W. NESBIT. His death was very sudden, due to heart failure. *Oakdale column
