Lori I talked to my daughter-in-law yesterday and she thinks that there is no way that WILLIAMS could be a Russian name. No Russian name translated to that. You might want to run the name through one of the online translators and see whether you can get a Russian translation for the name. The WILLIAMS I have is: Albert WIILIAMS 1894-1983, born in McKeesport, Allegheny Co., PA; son of George WILLIAMS and Susan Jones married Clara GROOMS 1899-199, born Mifflin Township (Dravosburg), Allegheny Co., PA; daughter of Jebez Grooms 1843-1915 and Hannah ARNFIELD 1853-1937. I haven't researched these related lines beyond what I have listed.
