Alice, There is a library in Carnegie Borough called "Andrew Carnegie Free Library" on 300 Beechwood Ave., 412-276-3456. However, I believe that when people refer to "Carnegie Library" they are referring to the huge main Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh on Forbes Ave. in Oakland (across from the Cathedral of Learning).
