At the genealogy dept. in the Pennsylvania Room at Carnegie Library in Oakland, they do have a list of all their microfilms, with catalogue numbers identifying which drawers to look in. The numbering pattern and catalog layout seems oddly organized (I'm not surprised some staff members don't even know their holdings), but if you scour the list thoroughly you will find what you need.
