"Chapultapec" SAMPLE, who lost his right leg at that battle in the Mexican War, long known as a druggist in Allegheny and one time editor of the Sewickley Times, was last week married to Mrs. E. E. KAUFMAN, daughter of an ex-Confederate Officer and widow of Charles KAUFMAN, former Panhandle Yard Master in Pittsburgh. Mr. SAMPLE's full name is James T. SAMPLE. He is a brother of the noted missionary, Rev. J. Logan SAMPLE, who has a record for work in the Home Mission field similar to that of Dr. Sheldon JACKSON. Not long ago the two brothers took dinner with the Outlook, and two brighter men never were in the valley. Logan SAMPLE is still a single man.
