    3. Rod, You can ride the bus from HOmestead, which is on the way through Oakland, where the University if Pittsburgh, & the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial is. I'm thinking the latter is on Fifth Avenue or Forbes Avenue which are next to the other. And also the Carnegie Museum Library. And the the famous Dinosaur Museum also on either side of the building, & the W PA Genealogical society is there also! Downtown is less than half an hour bus ride, but not sure there's a hotel there. I was pretty sure, but check with a Travel agent. Does anyone know of a hotel there? I used to live in Squirrel Hill which is a hop-skip & Jump from both places! All the places you mention are on the net, so you can probably find an address for them. Does the YMCA have places, or is there any in town, anybody? Downtown PGH? Might check there or I know there's one in East Liverpool, OH an hour away from Pgh? It's only an hour from downtown PGH> Need more info, let me know.
