If your thinking of the panhandle, Carol, then your talking the Hancock County, or Brooke Co, WVA areas, right over into the WVA area from OH/PA areas. Actually the Hancock co, is the place your looking for. Brooke is farther down the "pike" so to speak! Follansbee area. Are these records from this area? Whatcha talking about?
