Dear Alice, I didn't know if you were just looking for the surname BLACK in Allegheny County. I have some BLACK individuals who married into my HARTZEL/BRENNER line in New Castle, PA. Specifically, my gg/Aunt Hattie (Harriet) (maiden name HARTZEL) married Esli Black (1890 - 1985) who owned a construction company and farmed 12 acres.
