    2. Al, I am the one that started all of this. I have gone through ward 35 and 36 and no BIBEYS or anything that even looked like it might be. I will try the different places and continue on with the Pittsburgh census, I am probably going to be blind as a bat by the time I get through it all. But I am also seeing if some of my other family members are listed anywhere in that census year. The reason that I feel that Pittsburgh and surrounding areas are the right places to be looking is the birth certificate of James BIBEY stating "place where born" Washington Pike" 1883. His parents John and Lois BIBEY were married in England 1871 and moved to the states that same year. He was a miner in England and later census showed he was still a miner. I have searched Mansfield, Lower St Clair, Robinson Township, and the two wards in Pittsburgh. I'm not giving up yet. Thank you for your observation.
