Mrs. Patricia QUINLAN, 52, of Sturgeon was injured August 25 by a five-foot-long two-by-four which fell from the Gulf Building, Pittsburgh, and struck her on the head as she walked along Grant street. She was taken to Mercy hospital, where she was listed in serious condition with head and neck injuries.
