Hi Tomi, The Pittsburgh Board of Education produced directories of teachers, administrators, and other employees. We have two of these from the 1940's and 1950's on our site, which is too late for your query. You might contact the Pgh BOE archivist and ask if they have a record. Also, the PA room at the Carnegie has a microfilm which they list: "Pittsburgh Education Directory (a bunch of dates spanning the time in which you are interested). It's Film #P-687 .
