Hello, Hope you don't mind me getting in on this but I have GGreatgrand parents, Michael Flynn and Margaret Nee Flynn Flynn from Roscomon and most of their children came to Plainfield New Jerseyin late 1840s and 1850s. I have accounted for all the Jersey kids, John, Peter, Catherine, who married a Flynn, Marie, Margaret and a cousin Robert. I found in church records from the late 1890's a referance to a Mrs Flynn visiting relatives at 444 w 4th st who was from Pittsburgh......The address was for my great grandfather John J Flynn. In the records of a deceased cousin, the TOWN? names CARLONDALE and ASHFORD as a possible place for the 'PITTSBURGH FLYNN'S. ANYONE KNOW THESE TOWN'S AND ARE THEY NEAR PITTSBURG?
