    3. Dear Paul, I've used those archives with good success, although not for building permits. For funeral homes, I have had good success speaking with them on the phone. Has anyone gone to the Archives of Industiral Society, Univ. of Pitt on 400 N. Lexington Ave. to do searches for building permits? 2. Has anyone had luck with finding "Prince of Peace" cemetery records through their office? I am looking for records of St. Michael and St. Adalbert cemetery and they both now?fall under "Prince of Peace". 3. When trying to get records from a funeral home; do you call ahead to make an appointment or do you just show up? Thanks ahead of time, Paul J. It's probably worth a phone call to find out how much they will charge to search those for you.
