Hello, I have been researching my Geisler family from Pittsburgh and have run across a number of other German surnames who were either friends or relatives. Many of these people were witnesses to baptisms at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in the 1880s and 1890s. The Geislers lived in the 22nd Ward in 1870, 20 ward in 1880 on Shady Lane, Meadow Street in 1910 and Colombo Street. The surnames are: Sageman, Kruft, Ganster, Kirchner, Lauderheim, Suhr.
