    3. Hi fellow listers, I have indexed the 1900 Federal Census for Allegheny City, PA (Pittsburgh's Northside). For those unaware, Allegheny City was separate from Pittsburgh in 1900 and so those enumerated there will not show up in the Pittsburgh census. If you had ancestors living in this area in 1900 and can't find them, perhaps I can. I have no other areas except Allegheny City. Some of the pages are badly discolored, much of the hand-writing is terrible and the spelling is even worse. I make no promises, but have helped several people find their families and will be happy to give yours a try (at no cost, of course). Please send as much information as possible: names, streets, siblings, parents, children, occupation, approximate years of birth. Sometimes even in-law names are helpful. Let's not clog up the mailing list. Send your request to my personal address and have patience. I will answer you one way or the other. God bless America, Barb babarnes@nauticom.net
