    3. PLEASE NOTE: I considered not sending this because it is not an easy thing to read as it deals with the death of a child. But, I thought that it might help someone, so beware if you are very tender hearted. A news story from the July 21, 1969 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. I had origionally posted it to another site. Anthony MILLS, 5, of 6707 Rowan St., East Liberty was fatally injured Saturday when he walked through a glass storm door at his home. His mother, Mrs. Otis MILLS, after he ran through the door, rushed him to Pittsburgh Hospital where he was dead on arrival from a severed jugular vein.
