Anthony MILLS, 5, of 6707 Rowan St., East Liberty was fatally injured Saturday when he walked through a glass storm door at his home. His mother, Mrs. Otis MILLS, after he ran through the door, rushed him to Pittsburgh Hospital where he was dead on arrival from a severed jugular vein.
