Nancy, & other listers, Just because us women haven't been trained in firearms, as a rule doesn't mean that we shouldn't be. Depending on the background, kids aren't being taught the do's & don'ts, ya hear about the kids shooting each other here in FL, perhaps we need some "older folks to "step up to the plate, & teach them. The world is a sometimes cruel place, & we all need to stay alert, & perhaps be alittle more self-suffient, instead of "feeling like it's a man's job!" The pioneer women, God Bless 'em had to". I applaud the women, nowadays that take on the challenge of the military, because us women are tough too! The knowing "how to do something" is important in every walk of life". ( I personally have a niece that just graduated from the Annapolis Naval Academy in May, so everyone is affected by this tragedy in a way! The present day women are out there, taking care of more than just their families, & need that extra support from other mom's & grandparents too! I do support them! As everyone tries to get back to "normal" if there is one!
