Well, I don't condone Clinton's inaction, but they (news media lately) has been reporting secret covert actions some places & success, but American's would be spotted openely over there, & perhaps killed or are suspicious as soon as they hit those countries, where if their own people, Aphgan's go back over there prepared to fight, might have a easier time of getting in there to fight, but you don't see them volunteering to go! Fear will be overcome somehow & we'll get him, Ben Ladin or some of his cohorts. WE have a different ways here in the USA though! As the saying is "Don't go unprepared". & "Be prepared for the long haul". Nerves of steel are needed in this situation for sure! Stradigies take time to prepare & impliment, good ones anyways!
