Dear Jo, Is Scott Township part of Allegheny or Westmoreland county? The reason is Elmer Barkley and Sophia Harris listed here (I presume they are part of Scott Township) are in my family tree. Marilyn, The paper says Elmer Barkley is from McKeesport and Sophia Harris is from Monessen. I assume all the licenses listed were issued in Pittsburgh. Jo
