The instructions are below, please follow them EXACTLY and it will make my job a lot easier. Additionally, it will prevent mistakes in your information when I transfer it to a Word Document. I'm going to ask specific groups of you at a time to send me your information. The first group is for those of you whose OWN last names begin with the letters A thru G to begin sending their surnames of interest. (For example, my own last name is McAlister, so I won't be in the group from A to G). Ladies--I don't care if you want to consider your maiden names or married names as to determining what group you want to be in. 1. Open up a new email and address it to: moonshadow616@attbi.com . This is another email account of mine. Please DO NOT use the moonshadow email account for anything other than the Master Roll Call. 2. In the subject line, list your surnames in alphabetical order. Example: Anderson, Davis, Roberts, Quinn, etc. 3. In the body of the email, type PITTSBURGH LIST, then list your surnames of interest as follows but DO NOT number them (an example will be used): PITTSBURGH LIST: ANDERSON, John, Forest Hills area, born 00/00/0000 died 00/00/000. Spouse's surname:SMITH. Contact: 'put your email address here' DAVIS, Jane, Wilkinsburg area, born 00/0000 died 00/00/0000. Spouse's surname: JONES. Contact: 'put your email address here' Follow the above format for all of your surnames of interest. Obviously if you don't have all of the information, skip over it. You can list as many surnames as you want. If you don't follow the format, I WILL have to kick it back to you.
