Charlott, 1. add behind his birth surname the new surname. 2. in facts, add a few "Facts Name" such as "Name Change", date and tell what happened. 3. Also put statements about it in "Marriage Notes" and his "Individual Notes". Don't forget to put the Date, where with occurred, which type of Court, and if you know the "Court Record Case Number".
