    3. New Brighton is definitely in Beaver county, PA, but Allegheny County used to be a parent county for both Beaver Washington Counties, umpteen years ago, I think it was around 1800! Is it within the bounds of Pittsburgh, such as old Allegheny City was? If so, it's most likely included with the Pittsburgh directories. If it's an outlying area such as the towns in Fayette County, etc., I don't think there were city directories for the smaller towns.
