Janet, I'm not familiar with New Brighton. Is it within the bounds of Pittsburgh, such as old Allegheny City was? If so, it's most likely included with the Pittsburgh directories. If it's an outlying area such as the towns in Fayette County, etc., I don't think there were city directories for the smaller towns.
