I know where Chartiers Creek is. It starts in Washington County, winds it way through Birdgeville, Carnegie, Crafton, and dinally empties into the Ohio River. It is possible that Chartiers Township and Creek are the same place. and there is a Manfield Avenue in Greentree. This isn't much to go on but it might be another step in the right direction. Incidentally, I moved away from there 23 years ago and I know there have been many changes since.
