My expertise is on the grill and the smoker. The smoker takes hours and the grill is too damn hot so Linda leaves the thankless work to me. It's also a way to share cooking time during the summer. I'll be on the grill while she prepares the fixings. Hamburger for me and steak for her. She also loves the way the grill does liver and BBQ chicken.
