my father, and his father before him, was Ward Chairman of the 21st Ward in Manchester on the north side. There were 22,000 people just in that ward. Art Rooney was 22nd ward chairman at the same time and probablly had even more in his ward so you can see, Roseanne that it would be impossible for anyone to know everybody. (Except, Art Rooney had to be the most recognizable person on the north side)
